According to the structure and purpose, hydraulic valve blocks are divided into strip blocks, small plates, cover plates, splints, valve mounting base plates, pump valve blocks, logic valve blocks, superimposed valve blocks, special valve blocks, collecting pipes and connecting blocks, etc. Many forms. The hydraulic valve block in the actual system is composed of the valve block body and various hydraulic valves, pipe joints, accessories and other components installed on it.
(1) Valve block
The valve block is the key component of the integrated hydraulic system. It is not only the load-bearing body of other hydraulic components, but also the channel body through which their oil circuits are connected. The valve block is generally of rectangular shape, and the material is generally aluminum or malleable cast iron. The valve block is distributed with installation holes, oil holes, connecting screw holes, positioning pin holes, and common oil holes, connecting holes, etc., related to the hydraulic valve. In order to ensure the correct connection of the channels without interference, process holes are sometimes provided. . Generally, a relatively simple valve block has at least 40-60 holes, and there are hundreds of a little more complicated. These holes form a crisscross hole system network. The holes on the valve block have a variety of forms such as smooth holes, step holes, threaded holes, etc., which are generally straight holes, which are convenient for processing on ordinary drilling machines and CNC machine tools. Sometimes it is set as an oblique hole for special connection requirements, but it is rarely used.
(2) Hydraulic valve
Hydraulic valves are generally standard parts, including various plate valves, cartridge valves, superimposed valves, etc., which are installed on the valve block by connecting screws to realize the control function of the hydraulic circuit.
(3) Pipe joint
The pipe joint is used to connect the external pipeline to the valve block. The hydraulic circuit composed of various valves and valve blocks must control the hydraulic cylinder and other actuators, as well as the oil inlet, oil return, oil drain, etc., which must be connected with external pipelines.
(4) Other accessories
Including pipeline connection flange, process hole blockage, oil circuit sealing ring and other accessories.
